At 11:43 AM, Jennifer scribbled...

Today Bri is 15 months old. Wow. She's so big. She's really into forks, so on Thursday (Pay Day, lol) we're going to get her her own set of utensils. She doesn't eat any baby food for the most part anymore either. We still have some in the cupboard, so until that's gone, she's not totally done yet. She also didn't have a single bottle yesterday, so I'm also going to get her some more sippy cups. I think she's all done with the bottle now, YAY! Here's the book update for this month. :)

By the end of this month Bri SHOULD be able to:
*walk well - she really does. She's walked all the say down the hall before without falling. She still crawls sometimes though.
*bend over and pick up an object - she can't do this without hanging on to something. She can't get back up when she's down without pulling up.
*use at least one word - no words. But she started saying "guk" last night which we think might mean book. But so far, no guk today.

Will PROBABLY be able to:
*drink from a cup - if they mean sippy, yes. She can also drink from a regular cup, but not all by herself without making a huge mess.
*scribble - yup. In fact, all over one of her books. D'oh! But it came clean.

May POSSIBLY be able to:
*use a fork (but not exclusively)- she has managed to put food on it and then get it to her mouth once or twice.
*build a tower of two cubes - she's done it a couple of times. But we don't have any blocks, so she doesn't get much practice.

So that's it. The other stuff is mostly talking and comprehension. Bri understands somethings, but not a whole whopping lot.
