I realized that I had a month between posts again. This sort of surprised me, because I figured once Serena got here, there'd be lots of new and exciting stuff to post about, like when Bri was a baby.
Now, don't get me wrong, I am not any less enamored with Serena than I was with Bri. I think it's just there's less time for this sort of thing. As well, during Bri's first few months there were a lot more doctor-y updates. She was getting weighed every day in the NICU and her formula amounts changed all the time too. And because she had to catch up, she seemed to grow faster.
So, to alleviate guilt, here's inconsequential things about Serena. ;) Her hair is growing back. She lost it all up to the tuft (but kept her half-fro, yay!), but now it is refuzzing. It's darker than Bri's was, and there's definitely more of it. She likes it when you rub her head. She eats 6 ounces per bottle, 4 times a day. It's strange, she's been eating the same amount since she started formula, she's just rearranged when she eats. 3 ounces every 3 hours = 24 and 6 ounces 4 times a day = 24. She's very gassy, and screams a lot. I have been tempted to put her on the curb garbage night. ;) However, she generally sleeps very well at night, from about 11pm though 8am. She wakes up smiley. She is still in small diapers, but she's outgrown most of her 0-3 month size clothes. She likes to look at Bri a lot, and prefers to sleep on Mike.
We haven't taken as many pictures of Serena, no. But I am making her a baby book, and I have been keeping up with it. I figure since I have small clones, I can just shuffle and divy up all the baby pictures in 20 years.
