At 12:31 PM, Jennifer scribbled...

Rob coughed up some space for me, I just have to get around to re-uploading and coding. I'll get to it.

Brianna started her Arts and Crafts class last week, she made a pin for Valentine's day. It's a foam heart with googly eyes and a drawn on mouth. Heh. She also started skating again, and is doing well. She fell down a lot, but is quite attached to one of the volunteers in her group, which happens to be a teenage boy.

The big news on Bri is that she has started reading on her own. She can read a lot of simple words, and makes decent guesses at words she doesn't know. She read me the whole Ear Book (a Dr Seuss early reader, very simple) with only a few stumbles so I'd say that's pretty good.

Serena turned 9 months yesterday, and had some yogurt for lunch which she liked.

SHOULD be able to:
*work to get a toy out of reach - yes, she is trying to squish under things to get at stuff.
*look for a dropped object - yes.

PROBABLY be able to:
*pull up to standing from sitting - maybe? She pulls up from a crawling position.
*object if you try to take a toy away - yes.
*stand holding something - yes.
*pick up an object with thumb and forefinger - yes.

POSSIBLY be able to:
*play patty cake or wave bye bye - she waves hello. Strange baby.
*understand no - yes.

MAY EVEN be able to:
*pick up an object neatly with thumb and forefinger - yes.

The things she can't do are stand alone, walk, play patty cake, say mama and dada (even to random people), understand commands and drink from a cup.
