At 3:54 PM, Jennifer scribbled...

Serena, being the horrible second child that she is, flung a shoe somewhere between here and the library on Wednesday. I warned her that if she flings a new shoe, she will be wearing mismatched shoes for the remainder of the summer.

Bri's reading is going very well. She is easily reading books akin to Hop on Pop. We don't actually have Hop on Pop, but we do have Bears on Wheels. Just simple little books, but she can pick them up and read them herself.

In other news, I found the book for the baby updating, and I am going to do month 14 early, since we're going out of town this week.

SHOULD be able to:
*wave bye bye - yup, and hello.
*stand alone - I'm not sure if I've seen her stand still for over a month now. ;)
*use mama and dada intentionally - uh oh, I have a stupid baby. She is not talking at all. But neither was Brianna, and we know she's brilliant.
*follow one-step verbal command w/o gestures - we are not sure. She will give kisses sometimes without the kissy noise, but other than that, not so much.

PROBABLY be able to:
*bend over to pick up an object - yup.
*walk well - she just started walking a lot.

POSSIBLY be able to:
*dump objects in imitation - yup. This is why there is lego everywhere.

And she's got nothing else. No talking, no running (yet, give it about a week) or tower building.
