News on the oft neglected third child -

I've been measuring small for dates recently (about a month off), so the midwives are sending me off for an ultrasound. I'll be going for that June 26, but probably won't hear anything about the results until my appointment on the 29th. Unless there's something emergency like going on in there, but I really really doubt that.

There's several reasons why I could be measuring small, ranging from strange baby positioning to too little amniotic fluid. IUGR is another possibility (it was why I measured small with Bri) - but very unlikely as I have no signs of preeclampsia and it would be very odd for me to get it one pregnancy, skip it the next and then get it again. Besides, my blood pressure has been low, if anything.

I suspect strange baby positioning, but we'll find out in a few weeks.
