You know how the third kid gets totally ignored? Yeah, it's true. She's lucky we remember to feed her. She's almost 6 weeks old and I haven't bothered to go through What to Expect and see if she's developing normally. I mean, what can it say? She should be: sitting like a lump, crying, and pooping. Yup, got that covered.
In other news, Bri's tooth is still hanging in there. I think it might be awhile, it's still pretty tight.
Ok, really, here's the book thing for Katie.
SHOULD be able to:
*lift head briefly when on stomach on a flat surface - yup. She's got pretty good neck control already.
*focus on a face - yup.
PROBABLY be able to:
*respond to a bell in some way - uh...I dunno. There's so much noise in here anyways, like she'd here a bell.
*follow an object in an arch above her little head - *shrug*
POSSIBLY be able to:
*on stomach lift head 45 degrees - maybe. She can now.
*vocalize in ways other than crying - just recently.
*follow an object past the midline - I don't know.
*smile on purpose - yup, but she was technically older than a month.
May even be able to:
*on stomach lift head 90 degrees - maybe.
*hold head steady when upright - she's awfully close.
Things she can't do involve smiling randomly, laughing and holding her hands together and such.
