Here's the things I forgot.
Bri busted her hand but good playing Wii. I thought I was going to have to take her to the hospital and be embarrassed. She was playing baseball and flung herself into a door on the entertainment unit. She cut her pinky and her ring finger swelled up huge and turned purple. She moved all her fingers though, so we decided nothing was broken and gave her ice. The next day she was fine (other than all her fingers being purple) - she didn't even complain about it.
Then we entered the twilight zone. Wii baseball shows you the name of the player coming up to bat. Because most of these players were created here and are people she knows, Serena can often name them. A few of them are from other people's Wiis though, and not people Serena has ever met or even hears referred to. One of them comes up to bat and Serena says "Nick!" which was truely bizarre. The only thing I can think of is that Bri has read the name enough that Serena just remembers what he looks like.
Later, when the older weasels were in bed, Mike was sitting with Katie (I was probably playing Zelda). She's happily playing and then she looks up and clear as day says "Daddy!" She's not said it again, and almost certainly had no idea what she was saying, but again, bizarre.
The last thing is Bri told me today when she grows up and becomes a phone repairer (like dad) I can watch her kids since mine will be all grown up and I'll have nothing better to do. Dang.
